Can I return an order?
Due to the nature of our products, often produced against a customized order, we do not normally allow returns. However, should there be there a production flaw emerging in the two years after product delivery, we will exceptionally arrange a return and substitute the defective product.
Please contact us to inform us within 1 week of the purchase of your intentions and we will send you the shipping address for our warehouse.
How much time would it take?
Most of the products we sell on the website are made to order, and their hand-made origin makes so that we may not carry stock at all times. We strive to provide you with a replacement ready to ship within 15 days, then pass it to DHL so that they delivery to you in 15 days more.
When delivering, please always write "accepted with reserve of quality check" in the slip that DHL hands you. This helps us raise a claim against DHL in the event of a piece being damaged during transport. If the piece gets damaged during transport, we will refund or substitute your order at no cost for you.*By making a purchase in our webshop you agree to our returns / cancelling policy.
