How are my products delivered?
If you purchase one single item, or small items that can fit in one box, your package may be delivered via express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Bartolini or equal high standard service). The courier delivers between Monday and Friday. There is no courier service on the weekends.
If you order more items we need to make they will arrive to you intact - we will then arrange a delivery on a pallet.
Also if you are a professional customer we prefer to ship on pallet rather than separate packages. This ensures products will arrive safely to destination.
How much will I pay for shipping?
The total amount you will have to pay will be determined at checkout. Consider that the items you are ordering are very heavy, and most carriers assess the price based on dimensions and weight. We also package the products properly with a double box and several layers of bubble wrap, therefore your package may have larger dimension than the one of the item itself.
How long until I receive my items?
If the items you ordered are in stock, we will start packaging right away. Normally for shiny white items the handling time is 14 days, and the delivery usually happens within 2 weeks from completed handling.
If the items you ordered are not in stock in our shop, as it may happen with colored items, then the handling time for the order would be up to 3 weeks, and from then it will take up to 2 week to get it to you.
If this is not the case, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time.
How will I know the delivery time?
As soon as the order is ready to be shipped, you will get a tracking code which will provide you with an ETA. For larger order, we will notify you as soon as the order is ready and make an appointment that best suits your schedule.
If I buy several items, will they be delivered together?
If you order more than one item, we will do our best to send everything together. We like to consider the environment, so if you are not in a hurry for a specific item, we will send everything in one shipment once we have the complete order ready (unless there is an item with an extraordinary delivery time).
