KUBO: choosing and installing Alice Ceramica's sculptural washbasin

KUBO is a compact collection from Alice Ceramica built around one idea: a deep, sculptural washbasin with a strong, squared-off personality that recalls classic basins in a modern way. There are two sizes, and each can be wall-hung or set on a countertop. This short guide covers sizes, installation and what to order with it, using the measurements from Alice Ceramica's technical sheets.

The short answer

• For a single basin with plenty of surface: KUBO 80 × 50.
• For a large bathroom or a statement wall: KUBO 100 × 50.
• Installation: wall-hung (with the FIX01 kit) or on a countertop, with one tap hole or without.

Sizes

According to the Alice Ceramica technical sheets (width × depth × height):

• KUBO 80 × 50 (35810101): 80 × 50 × 20 cm
• KUBO 100 × 50 (35710101): 100 × 50 × 20 cm

At 20 cm high and 50 cm deep, KUBO is noticeably more substantial than a standard basin: check the projection from the wall and the space in front of it with our spacing and heights guide.

Wall-hung or countertop

The technical sheets list both installations. Wall-hung, it needs the washbasin fixing kit (FIX01) and a solid wall; see our wall-hung washbasin guide. On a countertop, choose the version without a tap hole for a wall-mounted tap, or with one hole for a deck mixer; see our countertop basin guide. Drain and siphon

Tap, drain and siphon are sold separately. A colour-matched ceramic Free Flow or Up&Down drain keeps the look all-ceramic, and the round siphon in chrome or matt black stays neat under a wall-hung basin. See which waste to choose.

Finishes

• Bianco: classic glossy white, in stock and ready to ship.
• Colore: matt colours (White, Black, Grey, Rose, Green Alpi, Coffee, Sand, Laguna, Zenzero, Malva).
• I Lucidi: glossy colours (Pino, Miele, Tabasco, Mirto), new for 2026.
